Ch. Westwynd's Pandora Box of Moonmaid

Moonmaid Cattery began with a Blue Burmese, affectionately known as "Panda."

Pandora was the mother of my retired queens:
• Hershey Silk Chocolate, a champagne from her first litter, and
• Callisto, a platinum Burmese from her third litter

Also from Pandora's third litter was Moonmaid Ariston of Grimpeur. "Aris" became a stud for Grimpeur Cattery in Beaverton, Oregon. When I lost Pandora in August, 1995, there could never be another to take her place. But, the house was empty without a blue. So, Pandora and her line continued with Moonmaid with the addition of Ariston's blue daughter, Grimpeur Phoebe of Moonmaid. I was also pleased that Aris has came back to live with us after his retirement from stud service (he then became known as Arnold Swartzkitty).

What a legacy Panda has given to me, and to the many owners of Moonmaid kittens.
