Eggless Waffles

This tasty recipe provides a complete protein,
no egg substitution required!


2 cups flour
1 Tbls. baking powder
handful of sunflower seeds (optional)
2 Tbls. Protein powder (optional)
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup yogurt (replaces milk)
2 cup hot water (replaces milk)
(may also substitute 1/4 cup of orange juice into the water)

Mix the baking powder and opstion sunflower seeds and protein powder with the flour.

Mix the peanut butter with the yogurt, then add the oil.

Alternately add fluid and dry indredients into the peanut butter mix.

Cook the mix in your waffle iron.
