Almond NogFor eggless egg nog |
- Make Almond milk by blending well in blender, then straining:
- 1/4 cups almonds
- 4 cups water
- Whiz in blender for 30 seconds:
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- Add and blend only until the cream thickens:
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- Divide among 4 cups:
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
Add blended almond nog and stir. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Yields 4 servings.
